Westwood Cross | Guest Services Officer – Supervisor x 2

ABM are currently recruiting for 2 Supervisors who can demonstrate the confidence, experience, drive and flexibility needed to provide the highest standard of service within a busy retail environment. The ideal candidates will possess the skills to deliver an effective and efficient service.

Duties include:

• To act as front of house Guest Services Supervisor for Westwood Cross
• To act as a brand ambassador whilst dealing with a variety of daily events and occurrences

The successful candidates must:

• Possess a valid front line Door Supervisors (SIA) licence, and preferably a CCTV (PSS) licence
• Have previous supervisory experience
• Be smart and a good communicator
• Be confident in report writing and using a computer system
• Have extremely good customer service skills
• Be willing to participate in additional training as required
• Be able to provide a full 5 year checkable history

Role: Full time

Shift Pattern: four on /  four off

Minimum hours: 42 hours per week

Please note duties may include weekends and nights. Additional hours may be available.
