The Westwood Cross Guest Services and Management Teams are always happy to help make your stay at Westwood Cross as enjoyable as possible. Facilities at Westwood Cross include disabled car parking bays, an accessible toilet facility, lift access and more, and our centre is audited regularly to ensure all guests can enjoy a great day out with us.

To collect the chair during your visit, please visit the Reception in the Management Suite, located near Subway. Please note that there is a lift in the Management Suite that will take you to the Reception area.
To hire a wheelchair, you will need to provide one form of ID which will be retained and held securely for the duration of the hire period. Your ID will be returned to you upon the return of the wheelchair to the Reception area.
Our accessible toilet facility is located on the first floor of the Management Suite and can be reached by lift. These amenities support visitors with adult social care needs and include a hoist, a height-adjustable bench, accessible handles and a state-of-the-art alarm system.
Before using the facility for the first time, parents/carers must register with Reception and receive some basic information on the use of the equipment. If you would like to find out more about the use of these facilities, please get in touch.
Westwood Cross has over 90 reserved parking spaces for guests with accessibility requirements, and these are conveniently located close to shops and restaurants. Please remember to display your blue badge using one of these spaces and kindly remember that not all disabilities are visible.

You can pick up a free lanyard from the Centre Management Suite, just ask a member of the Guest Services team who will be happy to help.
Westwood Cross also has many facilities in place for autistic guests to ensure that their visit is a comfortable and rewarding experience. In addition the availability of Hidden Sunflower Lanyards, we also have Ear Defenders available on request. If you would like to make use of these, simply approach any member of Westwood Cross staff and they will be happy to help.
There is also a Quiet Room available for use which is located near Claire's and Next, and a member of our Security Team will be happy to grant you access if it is needed. If the Quiet Room is in use, an alternative room will be allocated within the Management Suite.
Additionally, on Wednesdays and Sundays we do not play music in the shopping mall to make the centre more autism-friendly, however please be aware that retailers are likely to have music playing within their stores every day.
