Please wait. Working.

What we are doing to keep you safe

Some more of our retailers at Westwood Cross have reopened since 15th June, in accordance with government advice.

We want your shopping experience to be safe and stress-free, so we've put in place a host of measures, which we think will help.

Signage is in place

Your safety is our number one priority, so we have rolled out lots of new in-centre signage to help you keep a safe distance from others while shopping. A queuing system will be introduced for entry into each store as well as a queue allowance for each store supported with signage stating ‘do not queue past this point.' Please help us and other customers by following this guidance.

There's also a one-way system in place, simply follow the arrows on the floor. Our Terrace Area from Next to Primark will only operate as one way for pedestrian traffic in peak times - outside of this customers should maintain a two metre distance. The Main Mall area from Debenhams to Boots will have a one way system in place for the foreseeable future.

Westwood Cross hand sanitising and cleaning procedures

A clean and safe environment

We have installed hand sanitiser stations, and our in-centre cleaning teams will be working harder than ever to help make Westwood Cross a safe place for everybody.

Westwood Cross limited numbers

Please be patient as capacity is limited and pay by card if you can

When we first reopen, we will be monitoring capacity and our stores will have limits on the number of people who can enter. This may result in the need to queue. A queuing system will be introduced for entry to the centre should capacity be reached. Queue marshals will be on duty to assist with any questions and monitor numbers.

Support and arrangements are in place for any customers with mobility issues.

Some of our stores may also only be accepting card payments; please check with them directly. Westwood Cross Gift Cards are available to buy online.

Please also note that our public toilets will reopen on 18th June. We apologise for any inconvenience.
