If you have lost or misplaced an item during your visit to Westwood Cross, we are happy to help! The Centre Management Office is open for lost property collection from Monday - Saturday, 9.30am-5.30pm.
For lost property, please get in touch with our Guest Services team by calling 01843 867273 or emailing hello@westwoodx.co.uk with a brief description of your missing item and the approximate time and date of your visit and our team will check our lost property database and be in touch.
To register an item as lost, please log here: NotLost system. We will use the information you provide us with, to match with any property handed in and will contact you if we believe we have found your item. We log all items lost in the centre and use the NotLost system to manage our lost property enquiries and records.
